The Beginning
Zero SP was born out of personal experience — and a growing frustration with the gap between what people need to know about their health and what they are actually able to access.
Like many people, our founder began noticing a gradual accumulation of symptoms that are all too easy to dismiss: persistent fatigue, unexplained vibrating sensations in the limbs, sinus pressure and recurring headaches. Symptoms that are not dramatic enough to prompt urgent medical attention, yet significant enough to affect daily life and wellbeing.
"A standard GP appointment — typically ten minutes — simply does not allow the time, depth or personalisation required to explore the nuanced role that nutritional deficiencies can play in these kinds of symptoms."
The answers, it turned out, were available — but finding them required considerable personal research and extended, in-depth conversations with AI to piece together a comprehensive, individualised supplement protocol. The experience was illuminating. And it revealed a gap that Zero SP was built to fill.
What We Set Out to Do
We built Zero SP to give everyone access to the kind of informed, personalised supplement guidance that previously required either significant personal research, expensive consultations, or simply knowing the right questions to ask.
Our platform maps your personal health goals and lifestyle factors to a curated selection of gold standard supplements — products independently assessed for bioavailability, purity and clinical credibility.
Built around your goals and lifestyle — not a generic list
Every product assessed for purity and bioavailability
No affiliations. No commissions. No agenda.
Whether you are looking to address symptoms that have gradually crept up on you, support your body through a particular life stage, or accelerate your health and fitness goals — Zero SP is designed to simplify the process and give you clarity, quickly.
Our Commitment to Independence
Zero SP has no affiliations with any supplement brand or supplier, and we do not accept commission or payment of any kind in exchange for recommendations. Every product in our database has been independently assessed against our gold standard criteria — bioavailability, ingredient quality, manufacturing standards and value for money.
Our only interest is yours.
A Note on Food First
It is always worth remembering that the foundation of good nutritional health is a balanced, varied diet. Wherever possible, obtaining vitamins and minerals from whole foods is preferable to supplementation. Zero SP is designed to complement a healthy diet — not replace it.
Simon — Your AI Supplement Advisor
Within the app you have access to Simon, our AI supplement advisor, available for open, in-depth conversations about supplements, ingredients, dosage and more. Simon is designed to provide the kind of thoughtful, personalised dialogue that helps you make informed decisions.
Please bear in mind that AI systems, while powerful, are not infallible. We always recommend verifying specific supplement details — including ingredients, dosage and contraindications — directly on the product packaging or with the supplier before use.
The Value of Blood Testing
Supplementation is most effective when guided by an understanding of your individual baseline. We strongly encourage you to consider blood testing to identify any nutrients that fall outside a healthy range before beginning or adjusting a supplement protocol.
Your GP may be able to arrange relevant blood tests through the NHS. Private blood testing is also widely available in the UK. Our founder has personally used the following providers and found both to be straightforward and reliable:
Many other reputable providers are available. We do not endorse any specific blood testing provider and encourage you to research all options carefully. If you have any concerns about your health, symptoms or test results, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional.
"Those symptoms that creep up gradually are often the body's way of signalling an unmet nutritional need. They are not inevitable."
